I don't believe the Grotesque Guardian's QOL update by reducing their hp by 25% was not enough. They have long animations during the fight where they are not attackable as well as periods during the fight were a character is just trying to dodge damage or pick up a orb that hurts the player, and the drops aren't even good.I'm currently doing Grotesque Guardians too.
